Reliability of indo.com

Dear Fellow Bali Lovers,

I have been requested by indo.com to transfer the full amount of my 10 day accommodation charge to their bank account so as to enable them to book the room for me.

I have never used the website prior to this, hence i was wondering if anyone has heard of it and how reliable are they?
