Hi Muerdame,

I was married in Bali in April this year, so can offer some advice.

Initially we were going to get married at one spot and then go to another for dinner, but we didn't. We are so glad we didn't as it meant that we could get married close to sunset and then relax with a few drinks with our guests and also have some photo's by the photographer with everyone. Moving a group from one location to another adds another logistical step and can cost you a large chunk of sunset daylight moving for photo's and post ceremony drinks with guests.

Second thing to think of is the setting. If you want hills and jungle then Ubud would be great. Both Moziac and Indus are great spots. Indus has a great terrace for the wedding overlooking the valley and river. Moziac has better food (some of the best on the island) so if you are looking to wow your guests then it would be a great choice.

If you want a beach setting and don't want to go with a hotel then Ku De Ta is the perfect place. This is where we got married.

You can be married on the grass area overlooking the beach where the beach hawkers can't reach you. That may not sound like an issue but beleive me when I say if you want to get married on the beach a wedding will be no impediment for a beach seller to still try during rhe ceremony.

Good luck
