Been there just 3 days ago inboard Bounty 3 and half hours sunset cruise, a yellow new catamaran, bigger than Quick Silver's and Bali Hai's, Its total capacity is 500 people.
Buffet dinner was great with nasi goreng, mie goreng, salad, spaghetti, marble cake, griddle cake, angle food cake and so on, a lot of bintangs, soft drinks, tea and coffee. The showtime was wonderful with good dancers and superb soundsystem and singer & keyboard player.
We payed 230.000 rupiahs pp from Satriafee tour agent, its office was in Ngurah Rai bypass. I didn't know whether they had given us a great discounts, as we were a flock of ten people.
My suggestion is buy it when you get in Bali and choose small counters around Kuta Square { Kartika Plaza street )to buy tickets as they used to give you huge discounts !
I have also tried Bali Hai cruise but it was 1 years ago and the trip was to Nusa Lembongan, so I couldn't make a comparison.
The minus of Bounty cruise is: the ship will not go if the passengers are less than 100 peoples, they will delay the trip for 1-2 days. A nuissance for you if you haven't enough time in Bali.
Actually, I was first looking for Bali Hai tickets, but unfortunately they had fully booked.
As I said before, BaliHai has smaller and older ship, but some people said that Bounty had less delicious food.
Now it's up to you which one you choose : the food or the catamaran.
