That is what we use, doing a large wokfull on Sunsay also, along with a Mie Goreng to fed the troops at a tidy-up of our garden of Palms , Bogies and Hibiscus.
You probably know that it's best to have the Wok with oil very hot before putting your bits and pieces in, thus giving it the smoky taste we all love. Some Kecap Manis for that lovely Bali tang;yum.
