i have just come back from a month in bali and found while I was there the cheapest shopping for clothes etc is a shop called sonya shop 25 in the baruna beach market on sindu beach, if you tell her you heard about her shop on the internet, and ask for fixed price she will better tootsies prices - no problem, i think the shops in sanur are getting sick of tootsie getting the lions share, make sure you mention the internet, so you don't have to haggle for good prices, ask for fixed internet price, she will get anything for you.
