I would not say I had Bali Belly but a very upset tummy that is still happening several weeks later. I bought Norit tablets in Bali which were fabulous and bought 5 tubes home. I have nearly run out but you can buy charcoal tabs at any chemist, they are about $18 a pack compared to 45,000 rupiahs! Also try aphodipholas (?) in the fridge at health food shops, they seem to work well too. Yakult also.
