is just like where I live but without the road rage and since being back I have noticed that I am a lot calmer and patient LOL The first time out apart from just short taxi rides was FUN we went through the mountains to Lovina and it was raining, our driver kept looking in the rear-view at us and when he was satisfied that we weren't freaking out, he drove like he usually did.... flat out (bout 65-80 most of the time) it was exhilarating to say the least. Even though it seem like total chaos to us, there is a definite order to things and the rule seems to be.... the biggest have right of way and treat others on the road as you wish to be treated.
And no there were no seatbelts in the back of any vans I went in only the taxis but I never felt like I need one.
