the only time we saw aggression in Bali was an Australian girl on a motorbike giving the finger (and a few choice words) to a smiling Balinese in a truck behind her when she was trying to turn into Double 66 from Legian Street! The Aussie accent on the "f" word was a dead give away! We never felt unsafe and (like us) you'll probably be too busy taking in all the excellent sights. Look out for cages of pink, blue and green baby chicks piled high (and I mean high) balanced on a tiny motor bike; mum dad and the three kids piled high on a tiny motor bike....don't miss anything by worrying about the traffic, just chill and enjoy.
