Driving in Bali is pretty crazy BUT you are only going about 40 k's an hour most of the time.. so it's most probably not as crazy as you have pictured!! It does freak you out to begin with but you get used to it!

Prices range from 150k for full day to 250 k for a whole day.
Seatbelts - I think there are two in every car... one for the driver and one for the front seat passenger. So call Shotgun!!!!!!
