cannot be paid in australia or any other country it must be paid on arrival in Indonesia.The only other options are to pay for vip voa, but this will only mean someone is paying it for you when you arrive and it saves you standing in the queue or you can get a tourist visa which lasts for 60 days from the indonesian embassy before go and this costs Aus$60.
