My apologies for taking so long to answer questions about my recent holiday, but ready now to help. I brought my dvd player through Helgie, it is 7 inches and came with all attachments except an adaptor which we have purchased at Tandy for $15.00. The cost was $312.00 AUS. The bird park admission price was $9.50 AUS. This is a beautiful park, they allow you to take photos of the birds sitting on you and are very helpful in every way. The information about the V.O.A thay I talked about was when you come into the room to buy your visa there is a brick column that has a teller in front of it and not many people realise it is there. We had no trouble coming through, only 15 minutes all up! It took longer coming through Tullamarine. I took a Tlstra phone away card and used it from my hotel room. The hotel charged me $1.50 per call. The Wartel phone rooms would not let me use it. I had no trouble with the hotel. The map I have is a fantastic help if you dont now the area. Make sure you take the addresses of things. Food I took with us consisted of tea, skim milk, dry biscuits, snacks, dip, salsa and chocolate. My husband and myself are very plain eaters and after a big breakie at our hotel a dry biscuit is all we are looking for. We normally had lunch in and tea out or visa versa. Strange I know but thats our way!
