As you say it is all in your husbands name, therefore it is leaglly his!
You basically have no chance of getting anything from him!
If you do not love him anymore & happy to see tha back of him, so be it, money is only money, it cannot buy you happiness!
Don't waste your time & money over trying to fight to get back the property, simply say, it's yours see you later!
