it was Bali blues big time the first couple of trips. I even used to keep my watch on Bali time so I'd think about what I would have been doing if I was still there. But, after a dozen trips over 25 years, I don't regret leaving Bali near as much. Sure, I still love going to Bali (and have while single, married and as a family) but I leave having had a wonderful time and knowing that Bali will be there next time. Friends, family, a wonderful job and living in the best city in the world occupy me when not in Bali. That's reality for me.
