I must admit after following newspaper articles, I felt she was probably guilty... due to how many times she'd been to Bali, her family connections (I think her sister is married? to a Balinese), possessing 4kg of drugs, and also that things like that just don't happen to innocent people. Very presumptious I know!
But after last night, I have totally changed my opinion. I am securing ALL baggage in 4 weeks and am quite concerned about even going!
It's frightening to think it could happen. She doesn't appear to be THAT STUPID - surely if you were that stupid, you'd atleast TRY to conceal it. AND the fact that nothing was found in our own airports (although I have had a packing knife in my hand luggage undetected - by mistake of course).
Scary stuff - I hope our government does something to help this girl.
