You don't mention when you intend to depart Australia for Bali,.... if you intent to travel from Australia after Xmas- early feb,.. you may have problem getting a flight.
No problem otherwise,.. booking a package deal when in Australia.
I would suggest you look up the web site of Qantas holidays from Australia,... or Flight centre,... of maybe Guruda orient holidays,....all have package holidays and information on various accomodation
