Indoor/Outdoor Bathrooms

Soon I'm going to need to finalise accommodation for the March Bali trip. My preference is for the Kuta/Legian area and I'd love to have an open air bathroom. I stayed in Ubud once before and loved this concept. I'm looking in the price range of Hotel Ramayana to Alam Kulkul. Somewhere quiet and hidden away but also near to everything would be great. Poppies Cottages maybe? Does anyone know if any of these have indoor/outdoor bathrooms?
