Not sure what you mean by a superior suite at LBH (they have superior & deluxe villas/cottages & also superior rooms).
When I stayed in a superior villa/cottage (it's just a single storey room really) a couple of years ago it was around $AUS 150 a night

As for distance at a guess about 10 mins walk. Quite a pleasant walk if you take the beach road from KP to the corner of Melasti St.
KP is just past the Jayakarta hotel on the same side.
Have been in April & the weather was great but if you want to avoid school hols & Easter then perhaps May might be the go.
