We went to the Expo in Adelaide today and booked two trips to Bali for next year, one in Feb and one in June. $679 with 3 nights at the Bali Ayu Hotel,$789 for 13 nights, both included breakfast. There are many different cheap packages offered staying at other hotels.
Golden Bali and Global Travel has it's stand on the right just through the entrance. These specials go through until August 2005. The expo is well worth checking out, so if you have time drop and grab a bargain.
