If you would like to do your holiday in bali, it's a great idea. cause bali is a paradise and good place to do all your dream.
about drink alcohol there is no limit but you have to hire driver to help you when you get drunk.
also for good company for rafting is Bahama rafting his price only Rp. 350.000 per person, included lunch and transportation.
and for the surf board you could find it in kuta.
I think for more comfortable travelling I suggest you to use a Driver
I know driver in Bali his names is DEWA (dewamarco@hotmail.com)
his rates only Rp. 200.000,- a day included the petrole also he pay parking cause in bali every stop you have to pay parking.
