a small container of the basics. some bandaids.medi swabs/dettolwipes.
immodium.panadol.berrocca.aquaear.lip balm.insect repellant( a tropical strength)dexsal.The first time I went I took my fave shampoo cond deodorant toothpaste etc now i just nip into the matahari or circle k when i first arrive and pick up all the essentials, i normally just leave them behind when I go the hotel cleaning staff love them.I only take the chemist lines because they are names and brands i know .Hubby thought I as mad packing a medical kit but I helped a few aussie guest at the hotel i was staying . My husband
uses a ventolin inhaler which HE forgot but I was able to buy one. I would also considider with smalll children maybe some nurofen or similar childrens pain relief Long way from home with an irritable child teething or the like.
