I am going in Jan and do not want to take my mobile with me, I have an old phillips savy that i want to take to keep in contact with home. Was planning to put a Bali sim card in. I went in to the Telstra shop yesterday and they tried to tell me that it would not wok over there. I am not sure if this is coz I mentioned I would not be using a Telstra sim card. Has anyone taken and old phone over? Any troubles? Will it work? Thanks in adavnce for any replies! :)
