By promoting here you may get a few calls to begin with, but after a while forumites will get plain irritated by you pushing your driver onto them. Which means your driver will be ignored.
As you get a fair bit of time on computer, why don't you set up a free website to advertise him? Enough people use a search engine to find travel info.
