"Geger Beach July 2004
Geger Beach in Nusa Dua is signposted as a surfing beach but is also good for swimming.

Surf breaks further out with calmer water closer to the shore.
Tide was out when we were there and there was a fair bit of seaweed around and some rocks inthe shallows.

Sand is white with sun lounges and umbrellas on the beach.
Restaurant situated behind these and next to the carpark.
Boat available for hire to cruise around if you wish.

Pura Geger is situated in the distance on the hillside & visible from the beach.
Not too busy when we were there, nice beach, clearish water and probably worth the effort to spend the day here to relax.

No real hawkers on the beach except for a lady offering a massage who departed after a polite no thankyou.
Locals also fish in the shallows.
