Recomm. for Hotelsin Ubud bet 30-40$??

Planning 3 sleeps in Ubud , was wondering if anyone on the list could recommend good and reasonably priced hotels located conveniently from Ubud . My Budget is anything betn 25-$40(USD).
I am not really aware Places to see n things to do in Ubud , would really apprecite if someone can share that with me .It would help me plan my iterniery.
