Go down to the Sindhu markets, which are beach front (and hopefully find Tootsies, shop 28, fixed price market stall) and you will be able to buy heaps of cool cotton clothes. Some dresses can be 50000 or 60000rp, others cheaper. Shorts, tops etc can be 20000rp.
There are more upmarket clothes shops eg Animale in Sanur and they have a better class of clothing, better made, better materials and dearer but still cool to wear.
