In Reply to: What is in a Pina Colada Cocktail? posted by Baliku on Sunday, 7. November 2004 at 08:10 Bali Time:

30ml baccardi
15ml malibu (coconut rum)
60ml (approx) of pina colada mix, which is just cocnut cream and pineapple juice - remember, it's a cocktail, so cose enough is good enough

My favourite cocktails (I've worked in a couple of cocktail bars) ...

one with this AWESOME liquer called Africana (or something similar - is a mix of pawpaw, mangoe, peaach, etc), midori, peach schnapps and topped up with pineapple juice - and I've had a lot of cocktails.

Best creamy one - esaily baileys, kahlua and frangelico (30ml of your fav, 15 of the others), ice, milk, cream and blend - but if you're making cocktails not blend with light cream coz it'll froth badly.

And the best shot - Jam donut - 2/3 Chambord (the nicest liquer, kinda like alcoholic ribena juice) topoped with baileys, and if you want to be fancy with a sugar rim

Not that i've been planning what I'm going to have at the pool bar!!!
