You should love them all - after all it is Bali.
Are you going to do them all, or is that list a choice ?
Did the north of Bali many years ago - drove ourselves. I would not recommend driving in Bali now to anyone. I know that this seems to sound like you have freedom, yet you really just get stressed out and the person driving misses things along the way. Always better to get a 'good' guide/driver. Try and make sure they are licenced and registered. This will give you some protection, and also if you have any problems you can report them. The registered guides are well behaved and respectful, have to know 'real info' about Bali (history / culture etc.) and speak very good English. Can recommend one that we have used if you e-mail me direct.
