Friends of ours went who have 2 children and said it was a bit much for them with the amount of kids around the hotel.
Although you say you are only going to dance and enjoy the sunsets, one would assume that you also would prefer to be around people your own age.
For that purpose, maybe the Dynasty wouldnt be the hotel for you and your cousin.
You might be best to look into hotels aimed more to the younger market.
The Barong and Bounty spring to mind, and I am sure there are many others.
Check the archives here and you will find many more. We just don't think the Dynasty would be the best choice for 2 18 year olds.
