Hi,
We stayed there in September this year and loved it. You can find info on a site called Bali Friendly, which is a site listing gay friendly accomodation in Bali.
The place is lovely, 22 villa style units with fridge, AC, tea and coffee facilities, lovely bathrooms, king sixed beds, great gardens and pool. Have a massage the massage boy does the best massages at only RP50,000 per hour. There is also the new apartments, although they don't have much Balinese feel they are very nice. Prices for the villa style is AU$55-00 and $60-00, apartmnets were from AU80-00 to $150-00 per nite.
Norman Rowe is the owner and he lives on site in one of the new apartments. Norman is quite a character and if you get to know him he will probably invite you out for dinner and maybe to one of his wonderful cocktail parties on the roof of the new apartments. The driver they have is very good and it is not worth shopping around as his prices were great for guests. It is a fair way out, but that doesn't bother us as I don't really like Kuta. There are loads of great restaurants nearby. I would suggest that you try Essence, we went there several times. The only down side for us was the work being done on the apertments, but it wasn't too bad.
I had a look at BestFlights and their prices seem very good for a package. When we went there were no packages, but I would prefer to deal directly with Norman.
If you decide to go there please say hello from Caron and Gary (Melbourne)

Cheers

Caron
