And it's been my third stay at the hotel in the last 3 months. We have'nt had anything taken but when we were there on two occasions heard people going off there heads at reception. One lady lost her mobile phone from the room and another couple also complaining but could'nt catch what they misplaced/stolen. Both were irate, wanted the duty manager, security etc.
