Hi Chezlee
You definitley have to book in advance. When I booked, the earliest they had was in 2 days, so I guess they are busy.
But you can definitley book what you want. The one that I did was the Royal Bali Package for Her (I think) but you can just book for a foot massage and scrub, or 1 1/2 hour Balinese massage, mini facial whatever. When I go back, I will only do the 1 1/2hr Balinese massage and the foot massage.
When you walk up the stairs to the reception, the ladies there will give you a brochure with prices so you can decide what you want to do.
Just be careful of the pedicure, they did one for my hubby (part of his package) and they made his toe bleed for quite a while.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
