Economy Class on Garuda's A330-300 fleet starts at Row 9. It is unwise to request this row as they are bulkhead "facility" seats so if a wheelchair passenger or mother and baby requiring basinette are boarded, you will be "flicked".
We always try to secure for our passengers rows 10-14 A/B or H/J as these are forward of the wing so you get a good view - also much quieter than behind the wing.
The seating in the Airbus is 2-4-2
