We booked via the internet, 2 adults 2 children ff seats end of December 03 for us all to go Perth direct to Denpassar 14/12/04 until 29/12/04. When I booked I had options for other flights as well so I think to get what you want you may have to book 12 months in advance. As we haven't actually got there yet I can't comment on the service they give (hopefully no different to anyone else!) We'll let you know when we return.
