Not sure about Blues bands but there is a bar on Legian street in Kuta called Espresso bar and it has a nightly rock band that plays covers like Deep Purple,Sabbath etc...Anyone is welcome to get up for a jam or to sing a song or two.I should know I murdered "Smoke on the Water" last trip.Its cool fun and great for a laugh.
