Large range of soccer shirts, mainly UK and European. Good quality and available in many small shops. Probably about 80,000 rp about $12 AU, but subject to negotiation. I have to pay at least that, but I am a grandpa and they think I must be rich, because I am old HA! I was not looking for rugby shirts, but I did not see any. Have a good trip and enjoy yourselves, but remember you are in someone else's country.
