the official baggage allowance is 20 kilos economy class and 30 kilos business class anything over that and you may get charged excess.
32 kilos you'll find is the maximum weight a bag can be to be handled according to occupational health and safety standards, if a bag is heavier you will be asked to re-pack into smaller bags. This does not relate to how much weight the airline will allow, just a safety guideline for the benefit of baggage handlers.
