The details appear to go to Bali and the payment(secure it appears) goes to Singapore - noted the language is Japanese.
So we did one at a time - one yesterday and one today.
According to Vipvoa in Bali they had received the forms for both of us.
At this stage we couldn't process the two payments in one session.
Did the first one (mine-most important) and it went through.
Then did Bob's and received an error - rejected - fixed the ,instead of the. Still rejected.
Tried again today and no problems.
Now have the email receipt/confirmation for both applications and the account details for payzip (can buy anywhere on the web with this account).
We will confirm with Bali that they have received the details and confirmation of the payment.
Only worry I have is all the address details etc we have to supply.
Do not think this works with a hotmail address and no printer.

PS after all this effort if the queue for VOA is diddly short I will be an unhappy little camper!!!
