I also cringe at the behaviour of some Australians in Bali. I have a good time and drink more than I should, but thankfully I know how to behave in someone else's country. I enjoyed your JBR and was intrigued how you dodged the overnight trip back. San Michele travel Melbourne told me SA leave Melb 6pm and fly all night to Singapore then after a stopover you can fly to Denpasar. To come home you fly to Singapore arriving 6pm wait 6hours depart 12 midnight and arrive 6am which is worse than the usual nightmare. Looking forward for the next episode.
