I've been to the Prana Day Spa in Jalan kunti Seminyak 3 times now. They have an excellent variety of packages and their service and decor is second to none. Prices vary according to package and we got 50% off last week - I guess due to low season. check em out at www.pranaspaandvillas.com They also have a new massage place called Chill located just 50 metres down the road. They're really cheap at about 70,000 rph for 1 hour treatment. They specialise in acupressure and reflexology and are highly trained. I had two treatments there last week and highly recommend them.
