We picked up a reccommendation from the forum for a good restaurant in North Seminyak. (Warung Sobat on Jalan Batu Belig) so decided to check it out. It takes about 10 miutes by taxi from Legian. Well it was bloody awesome, we ended going there 3 times. Some lovely indonesian dishes & lovely fresh seafood (prawns,shrimps snapper & calamari)The banana pancakes to finish off were sublime. Good wine list including the local brew plus a selection of oz reds & whites. A lovely 3 course meal for 4 including drinks will set you back between 200 & 250,000 rupiah. Work that out !!!) Staff were great, check it out.
