We arrived on 3 July & they had overbooked, spent 1 night in smelly apartment room & moved into Superior room (346) next day after some polite but firm words at the desk. Room was good, staff nice but to be quite honest I won't go back again,particulary in school holidays. Too many people,we gave up on the free breakfast after 3 days & went up the beach road (Tekor Bali. Benny's, Zanzibar etc) to get away from the queues. Breakfast was actually ok. Still hassles with people hogging deck chairs around pools, they get up early, put towels out & use them for 1 or 2 hours a day (selfish morons). This just leaves a bad taste when on vacation.I can't bag our room, service or staff but will definitely not be going back
