If you complain about having no room service you did NOT stay at a villa at all but at a hotel which misleads guests by calling its cottages "villa".
Real villas always have full-time staff including a private cook, maids, houseboys, gardeners, security guards, masseuses, etc. who are there ONLY FOR YOU and whenever you need them.
