We used them for our recent LTN/MEL/GCST trip - will NEVER fly with them again. Get on early with a sick relative - only if you can beat the fit couples in front who WILL NOT move even when requested by airline staff...
Get on to organise kids - forget it - we were separated in the queue by other pushy passengers

Actually put aside and growled at for not having tickets on our luggage with our name and address on it - this was only pointed out on our 3rd leg! The check in person (absolute witch in a Jetstar uniform) wouldn't even let us fill in our (11 y.o.) daughters tag!!!!!
No linking flights & no onward luggage meant $11 each for storage in Tullamarine - or you can haul your suitcases around non stop all day.
I've never met with such aggression (from passengers) or lack of assertion (from staff) and it just about wrecked my holiday.
I'm glad it was only domestic - if it was my only link to a Bali holiday - I'd stay home.
