What a lovely story about the cooking class at Ketut's village. I am going to print this off and putit on my "must do" list for next year. I just love taking photos too, and what great pictures you must have. Are you going to put them on a website for us all to enjoy?
By the way I have to agree about some of the Asian families. At the Dynasty, their kids swam early every morning, and often later at night, creating a lot of noise when others were trying to sleep.
Lots of people have recommended Helgi's, however we used Wayan & Made at Hoyts Discs and have been pleased with all our purchases bar one. I guess it must be very convenient actually having them delivered, so may do this too next time. Do you have their email addy/phone number handy please?
