Plenty of drivers in bali will help you to make your tours. A lot of tourists will recommend drivers that they used to have before. What I can tell you is all of them are very good. Too many drivers now in bali or guides, they need more tourists visiting bali. I think it will be good to have someone not really busy, so you can also help others. Writing them one by one, you may his english is good or not by looking their words and their english level on writing. MOst of the drivers don't go to detail with their english but they are good.
