easy. Wash you hair, and this time use conditioner. Leaving it in, cut below where your real hair finishes, then unwind. It's a fiddly, time consuming job, but its fine,your hair is the same as always only longer. I've had mine in now for about 6 -7 weeks, and it's getting a bit feral now, almost time to take it out, but I simply don't have the heart to. Have fun!
