if you wanted to change money, you can always change it at puri raja, i have stayed there before and always found changing money at the front desk was easier than at the kodak shops, i never got ripped off, and their rate was nearly always the same as the pt central rates.
but if you still wanted to change your money at the pt central there are four that i know of-
* an old kodak shop, that only changes money now. this is down jl. padma utara.
* there is the kodak shop down padma street. after you come out of padma utara, just before you get to garlic lane.
* there is another one down melasti street, it is in what i think may be a resturant though, this is just before you go down the lane towards camplung mas. or it is on the other side of melasti street to garlic lane, and on the legian side,
* the last one that i know of is in the old legian matahari, which is now just a time zone and mc donalds (i think), but as i remember it is a little booth just before you enter the time zone area.

although i dont have a map i hope that this will help
