I saw which just had fairy items and other kids dress up clothing was just past the Puri Raja Hotel, and before Poco Loco on Jl Padma Utara. It was on the left hand side as you headed towards Jayakarta Hotel,right on the "S" bend corner. I don't know what it is called, but it is a proper glass fronted shop.
I also saw some nice ones in the small road that connects Double Six Rd to Padma Utara, and runs past the back of Kumala Pantai Hotel.
Some appear to have more beadwork than others, so it might pay to look around first if you have the time.
If you do get down this road, be sure to look out for EKA COLLECTION, which is a jewellery shop where I bought many of my large sized shell/bead necklaces for just 5000rp each. See Roy, he was great.
