You seem to be contradicting yourself. Correct me if I misunderstand.
Yopu say it's first in best dressed. Do you mean people should be allowed to put their things on the lounges and leave them there all day? If this ios the case, of course there will be none left. If that's not what you mean, how do you suggest the thingas are removed if you are against things being taken off?
Unfortunately some people have the "I'm Ok bugger everyone else" attitude so the towel thing will always be a problem.
Some people disagree with the removal of towels whilst others say they should be removed after a certain time has lapsed.
As you said, nothing is more frustrating than sitting on the grass while towels enjoy the lounge chairs.
