There has been so many posts asking this question
that if you did a search of the archives you would
find out so much info on leather. I have put a link
to the archives below.
That aside, here is a couple of posts (I have posted
many replies about French leather - as have others)

made up at French Leather in Garlic Lane - which is off Padma between Padma and Melasti Sts. They were great, measured up 2 of us and made 4 jackets in 2 days, came for fitting at our hotel and then one was a little close fitting, took it away and 2 hrs later back and you couldn't see that it was altered 100aud each and one was a suede jacket. Very happy with them - Jl Sahadewa No. 4C Legian (opposite Dolphin Leather) this street we know as Garlic lane. Matt Roni is the owner but his brother - not blood brother !!! hee hee, did our measurements.

We got a few things made up on our trip in April and again a week back.
- at French Leather.
There is lots of postings on this forum about French Leather.
They will also deal in AU$ (the owner - Mat, his wife is Australian,
and likes the AU$ for when she comes back here).
Go and see Mat or Ivan -
They are in Legian ~ Jl Sahadewa (runs between Malasti and Padma)
They are closer to Matasti street end, opposite the Dolphin Rest.
Great leather products
Jeans = AU$90
Short Jackets = AU$100
Boots = AU$65
A friend went just before us in April - they also got boots, jackets, pants etc.
Have a good trip
